Yoga

I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and it has been a consistent part of my life since the first time I set foot on a mat, so I am honored to now give back to the community as a vinyasa teacher. Yoga is one of the best ways to move breath and process feelings and emotions through our bodies. It’s a practice that grounds you into the present moment and prepares your body and mind for samadhi, which many consider to be the ultimate end “goal” for all spiritual work. My personal philosophy is that yoga is an intensely personal practice and my teaching focuses on developing a strong foundation in poses and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels seen.

I specialize in working with beginners and athletes, especially runners and climbers.

I am certified with the Yoga Alliance, regularly take continuing education workshops to fine-tune my teaching skills, and am currently working on my 300-hour yoga teacher training requirements.
