Free 5-minute meditation for stress and anxiety

I created this short meditation to help you connect to your breath. Breathing calms our nervous system and focusing on our breath gives our mind something to do instead of spiraling or getting caught up in our thoughts.

If your mind wanders during the meditation, that’s okay. It doesn’t mean you suck at meditation or you’re doing it wrong. Just come back to your breath. You can even say “inhale” and “exhale” to yourself as you do it.
