I’ve been a content marketer since 2009 (full-time since 2014). I have experience strategizing, conceptualizing, and writing content for a wide variety of audiences, including feature writing, copywriting, white papers, marketing and campaign copy, branding materials, newsletter copy, social media, B2B/B2C/D2C content, and SEO-optimized content. I’ve worked in industries ranging from the outdoors to travel to SaaS, covering a variety of topics.
I really enjoy both the strategy side of things and content creation, which is what I’ve been lucky enough to do throughout my career. I love cross-department collaboration and have been responsible for ensuring a cohesive brand voice company-wide. I’ve built out and implemented comprehensive content strategies, then regularly analyzed and presented data (page views, time on page, bounce rate, engagement rate, etc.) to review for effectiveness of the content strategies and to determine how we could improve performance.
