I am SO glad that you are here :)

I should start by telling you up front that this isn’t exclusively a travel blog. Or exclusively a running blog. It’s an Abbie blog.  And Abbie represents activism and athleticism.  So you can expect the “Abbie voice” (thanks Cathey!) on environmental & social issues, world change, travel, volunteering, social media, writing, goals, intentions, inspiration, my marathon training, and much, much, more!

You can also expect some other fun things:

  • A new business launch on 6/1 called Cultivating Harmony!  I will be supporting people who want to make a difference in their community or in the world develop their ideas or a project and move forward with them. I’m beyond excited about it, and if you are too, then sign up for updates (check out the bottom of my sidebar), or check out the Goal Setting tab for more info!
  • My writing!  So you can find out when and where I’m getting my writing published.
  • A book!  I’ve come up with a book idea that ties in very well with my site and new business, so I’m super excited to share it with you (once I get going of course).  I thought coming up with an idea was the hard part – boy was I wrong!
  • People I ♥! This is not a bunch of affiliate links, it’s people and products that I love and recommend, such as the wonderful women who have contributed to the creation of this site – check them out!

*One last thing* – Make sure you switch your feed from Miles of Abbie to Abbie Mood (or add me to your feed if you’re new) via the orange RSS feed button up by my face or through email updates at the bottom of the sidebar!
